Our goal is to keep the process of finding a qualified, reliable nanny simple for you and give you peace of mind.
Our Nannies.
At Foothill Nannies, we represent a diverse group of nannies all selected based on their experience, character and reliability. Our nannies have a minimum of 3 years of childcare experience, with the majority around 5-10 years. Most of our nannies work full time (generally 40-60 hours per week) and earn $20-25 per hour.

Our Process.
1. Get to Know You.
In our initial conversation, we’ll cover your daily routine, job requirements, childcare philosophies and the personal and professional qualities you’d like to see in your ideal nanny.
2. Find the Right Nannies.
We get to work searching for candidates that meet your family’s unique needs. We thoroughly interview and screen all nannies, then provide you with a small selection of nannies to review.
3. Schedule Interviews and Trials.
We coordinate and schedule interviews with your favorite candidates. We will also help set up an in-home trial to get better acquainted and see if the candidate is a good fit for your family.
4. Background Check.
Once you’ve chosen the right nanny for your family, we conduct a thorough background check to be completed before your nanny starts working.
5. Hire Your Nanny.
When you’re ready to hire, we walk you through the hiring process, help with negotiations and coordinate a start date.
6. Provide Ongoing Support.
We’re always here to answer your questions and if for any reason, your nanny is not working out, we will replace them at no additional cost within the first 30 days.

Our Rates.
Our Placement Fee is 10% of the annual salary of your chosen candidate. If you’re hiring a temporary candidate, the fee is 20% of the total paid to the candidate. We charge a $250 Engagement Fee that is credited toward your final placement fee.
